How sourcing works

  1. Describe your needs. Tell us the product, quantity, dimensions, delivery location and preferred timing. Images and drawings can follow after the initial contact.
  2. Agree the specification. We review materials, dimensions, functions, samples and product documents, including any need for site measurement or design.
  3. Confirm the quotation and agreement. Before ordering, we clarify the seller, service providers, scope, payment and delivery arrangements.
  4. Follow production and checks. Checks and follow-up take place under the agreed plan. Changes requiring your decision are referred to you.
  5. Arrange transport and import. Responsibility for transport and import, required documents and insurance arrangements are clarified for each order.
  6. Delivery and further support. The delivery is checked and installation or other services are arranged as agreed.

Site measurement and installation

Yes, as needed, mainly in Sweden. Projects elsewhere in the Nordic region are assessed individually. The contracting party, service provider and scope are clarified in advance.

You can use our services or make your own arrangements. We may engage partners to carry out the work. Before work starts, we clarify the contracting party, service provider and scope of the assignment.
